  • Do not smoke for 24 hours before transplantation operation (if possible) because smoking would extend healing process. If you cannot quit, you should try to smoke less.

    Do not drink alcohol or use any foreign substance for one week before operation.

    Definitely inform your doctor on medicines currently being used if you have chronic diseases like cardiac disease, diabetes, blood pressure or epilepsy.

    Do not use antidepressants which prevent coagulation for 2 weeks before operation.

    Wash your hair before operation and do not certainly use hair gel, hair spray or local medicine.

    Could have your breakfast if the operation is in morning hours, or eat a mild lunch if the operation is afternoon.

    Prefer wearing easy clothes to take off and to not to rub your head while taking off on the operation day.

    We do not suggest driving a car right after operation and you should have someone with you.
